Our approach to wine is to the kitchen’s philosophy on ingredients. As Winston Churchill once said, “I am easily satisfied with the best”.  Well, at The Dorrance we feel the same way and we strive to source bottles that are truly remarkable and are the very best expressions of where they are sourced and a true reflection of the land.  Passion is universal and we want to deliver the winemaker’s passion from the source to your table.  Our wines, which we affectionately refer to as “Fermented Musts” are predominantly family-owned, hand-harvested, terroir driven, grape to glass wines.  Many of the producers and varietals are not easily recognized, but have no fear; our professional team of servers will guide you to make the perfect selection to enjoy with your guests and your meals.  There are incredible values throughout the list at all price ranges including a wide range of Champagne and Sparkling wines from around the globe.  Ask your server for the “Vaunted & Vaulted Vines” which is an ever changing (due to scarce availability) Captain’s list style menu from the world’s top producers in the very best vintages.
