The Dorrance Cocktail menu is comprised of original recipes, handcrafted by the extraordinary group of bartenders, led by our “Spiritual Advisor” Jesse Hedberg.  Our other trusted tenders are “Bar-Belle” Jen Ferreira, “Drink Thinker” Jay Carr, “Life Coach” Vito Lantz and “Bar-Barian” Jonathan Dille.  Nothing but the finest ingredients (fresh-squeezed juices, house-made enhancers, artisanal bitters and micro-distilled spirits) will be found in our cocktails.  The menu features many classics with modern twists.  Try the Vesperlini, a sparkling version of the James Bond Casino Royal “Vesper” by way of the Perlini system, which creates tiny bubbles by injecting carbon dioxide into a custom built martini shaker.  Other Dorrance favorites include the “Up N’Cumber”, “Rye Generation”, “Westminster Revival”, “Apropos Barbados” and the “Six $azerac”.  Heaven never felt so close to Devine Providence.
